Why Choose Alpine Physio?

Restoring Movement, Relieving Pain, Rebuilding Confidence

At Alpine Rehab and Performance, physiotherapy is more than treating symptoms โ€” it’s about understanding the root cause of your pain or injury and building a clear path to recovery. Lucus Leung combines a Masters of Physiotherapy with years of hands-on clinical experience to deliver care that is thorough, evidence-based, and genuinely personalised.

As a mobile service, Lucus comes to you โ€” whether that’s at your home, workplace, or local park โ€” so you can recover in a comfortable and familiar environment. Every session is one-on-one, giving you dedicated attention from start to finish.

โญ Lucus's Clinical Specialties

Tap any specialty to learn more about Lucus’s approach and experience.

Lucus has advanced training in high-velocity, low-amplitude spinal manipulation โ€” restoring joint mobility and providing immediate pain relief. He’s particularly skilled with cervical and lumbar spine conditions, combining manipulation with targeted soft tissue work for lasting results.

One of Lucus’s most sought-after skills โ€” targeting deep myofascial trigger points that manual therapy alone can’t reach. Combined with cupping for a comprehensive soft tissue approach. Clients consistently report significant pain reduction within sessions.

As both a physiotherapist and personal trainer, Lucus bridges clinical rehab and performance โ€” designing progressive return-to-play programs that rebuild strength, confidence, and sport-specific function. No athlete gets discharged until they’re truly ready.

A biopsychosocial approach addressing physical, lifestyle, and behavioural factors. Lucus is experienced with persistent lower back pain, fibromyalgia, and post-surgical cases where previous treatments haven’t worked.

Root Cause First

Every assessment digs deeper to find the real driver โ€” not just the symptom.

Hands-On + Active
